I must say the staff here are among the friendliest of any store in Huddersfield. I have witnessed first hand the lengths that they will go to ensure great customer services especially when returning items.
The store is split over two floors, with upstairs having their baby clothes and gifts. This can be a little awkward for parents with pushchairs looking to browse as they have to wait for the lift.
The staff are always helpful when you need gift ideas, or make up assistance — often willing to offer demonstrations and tips.
Pharmacy staff are also great with advice on medical matters, and will also take you aside into a private area if needed.
The store has a great layout, especially since a refit that made it seem even more spacious and with easier access for wheelchair users.
