History

Established in 2012.

One True Reflection was created whilst I was traveling around the world. I noticed that there were many different people who were looking for help and answers to the challenges that they were trying to overcome.

After working with people one to one I quickly realized that I was not only good at what I was doing, but I was also extremely passionate about helping others.

One True Reflection is growing each day as more and more people seek to be tuned into their true potential and power.

Early childhood traumas and beliefs began to manifest themselves at the age of 23. I suddenly became extremely fearful of rejection which created a Chronic Fatigue Illness that I endured for 5 years. I became obsessed with personal development books and anything that could help me be healthy and happy again.

I decided enough was enough and traveled the world for 12 months in search for my passion and health. Not only did I improve my health and let go of my fears, but I was also able to discover my passion through my pain which is helping others. I now work full time working one to one with my clients through my coaching and healing sessions.
