Well worth a visit if you are interested in ships and such, or social history. For a small fee (£1.50 when I last visited) you get a guided tour lasting about an hour. Check with the Streetlife Museum to find out opening times.

The Artic Corsair was once a fishing vessel and as far as I am aware was involved in the Icelandic Cod wars in the 1970’s. It is moored on the River Hull at the back of Wiberforce House and the Transport Museum. All are council run museums.
You have to book a visit to the Artic Corsair as it is manned by volunteers who are all ex fishermen. You can do this at the Hull and East Riding Museum which is nearby. The walk along the river bank leads down towards the Deep museum and is pleasant in good weather.
