avoid taking your pet there at all cost my poor lhasa apso was cut to short they cut all her whiskers off they made her bleed on her neck cut her claws to short and had her for over 5 hours my poor little puppy is so traumatised by her whole experience she has be become very warey and follows me everywhere and sleeps by my side which she has never done my dog was a fluffy lil thing and looks like a rat that is my only way of explainin how she looks PLEASE DON’T TAKT YOUR PET THERE I WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR BUT YOU CANT LEAVE THE RATING BLANK

Never take your pet here to be groomed! They were supposed to give our Lhasa apso a cut and cut into her tail in several places but failed to mention this to us! We took her to the vets and they said that they had cut into it and it had become infected she ended up having her tail ambutated!!! I am so angry with these people this place needs shutting down!!! I would give this –100 stars if I could. Seriously don’t take your beloved pets here it’s a hazard to their health and well being
