In line with the other reviews on Phones 4 U, I have also found the staff to be pushy, and commission based, and have no real interest in the best phones or tariff for yourself. However, they do seem to give good rewards for signing up with them. I recieved a hundred pounds for signing up for a 18 month contract, with a friend revieving a Playstation 3. So, If you do need a new phone, this is not a bad place to look!

I thoroughly endorse the review by stevemotty — the staff are pushy, arrogant and totally disinterested in what is the best phone, tariff or contract for your needs — they are wholly motivated by their commission. The sales adviser I had the misfortune of dealing with became quite aggressive when I made it clear I was not interested in anything he was trying to sell me. For clear, impartial mobile phone advice, stay well clear of Phones 4 U!

i have never met such a terrible set of staff, they are all intrested in one thing COMMISION. None of them care what you are really intrested in, they just want whats the best interest from them. They fob you off with info, by the time you leave you will have been bambozeled with bumf at the cost of most expensive tarrif. I would advise people not to by a phone from them even if the deal is good as they are just setting you up for a fall.
