Short computer courses in Word-​processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Desk-​Top Publishing. Flexible sessions, learning at your own pace with support when you need it from a qualified trainer. Also a Typing Course. I also offer Digital Photos workshops, which are run on request.

History

Established in 2007.

I worked in the IT Centre at Otley College, near Ipswich, for 3 years, where I enjoyed teaching computer skills to adults and I also gained a teaching qualification. Previously, I trained adults in computer skills for a local government organisation for many years and I used to develop the courses and write my own materials. When the IT Centre at the college closed, I started offering courses myself and have also written the manuals to go with them.

I’ve been training adults for many years and I love to see people learning the things they want to learn and gaining in confidence. People say I’m patient and that’s because I remember what it’s like to struggle to understand and to learn something new, and I can still get frustrated myself with my computer.
