Blakes Building Services provide a personal and bespoke service offering pre-​planned maintenance, re-​active repairs and installations to all mechanical and electrical systems within commercial, retail and leisure premises.

The vast majority of expensive repairs occurs as a result of systems which have not been serviced or maintained. Putting a pre-​planned maintenance agreement in place will minimise these unexpected breakdowns and the associated downtime linked with them.
