History

Established in 2001.

Carol Ann Guilford operated HR Solutions as a sole trader whilst the business moved swiftly from strength to strength, building a broad client base that allowed her to expand the business further. In 2014 Greg Guilford took over the reins as Managing Director, during which time HR Solutions have added new consultants to an ever-​growing roster of HR talent.

With over 45 years collective experience in the sector we can provide an integrated one-​stop shop for all of your business HR needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

After obtaining a Human Resources Management degree, Greg took a HR training position with the Police Information Technology Organisation whilst studying part-​time for an MA in Personnel and Development. He then moved to BAE Systems and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he spent several years delivering HR support for ex-​pats.

Greg came back to the UK with BAE Systems and worked in the Corporate Social Responsibility Department. He provided insight into the development of the Ethics Framework and Code of Conduct, and played a vital role in data collection regarding Health and Safety, CSR activities and Diversity.

In January 2008 Greg moved to HR Solutions as HR Consultant and Operations Director. The company grew rapidly and Greg’s position continued to evolve, until in April 2014 he was appointed Managing Director.

In his new role Greg is responsible for the strategic direction of HR Solutions and oversees business growth, business development and strategic partnerships.
