Established in 1940.
Stirling Opticians can draw on a presence in Kettering starting from the late 1940s. Originally taken on by Co-Op Eyecare before becoming Shepherd and Akay at its school lane site. Then it became Stirling Opticians and in 2008 moved to its current site on Gold St, which was formerly Stirling Shoes (no relation!).
