Cluny Clays Shooting Golf & Entertainment Centre

I really like this place and am I glad to have been taken there for a work team event.
I will certainly return for some more outdoor activities.
Firstly, we had some breakfast — bacon roll and coffee — to build up our strengths. Cluny Clays main reception area is not big, but it fulfills what you need in regards to checking in, dining, lunching or just relaxing.
We tried our luck in hitting some golf balls (£3.70 for 50 balls), meaning they have a suitable driving range to practice on. I am sure you can also hire some golf professionals to show you how to «golf».
Moving on, we tried our luck in clay pigeon shooting and got given 8 cartridges per person. The shooting noise was quite loud so you needed to wear some headsets for protection. All the instructors were really helpful and supportive.
After the Clay Pigeon shooting the plan was to try Archery. The bows were modern and light. We were taught how to shoot the arrow and aiming in the right direction. This not enough, our last stop was the rifle range, where we were give one rifle and a target each. All equipment looked really modern. We were taught how to load a gun and shoot.
We also were able to hire a meeting room with the possibility to present some PowerPoint slides. This way you can combine work with pleasure.
The prices vary from £3.50 to £20 per hour or half hour for activities, but there is nothing that you are not able to effort.
The location is not far from Edinburgh and definitely worth visiting, be it for individuals, groups or even work team meetings and events.
