These guys are a complete shambles! They debited my account without any authority and have provided a follow up service of nothing but excuses and poor communications. none of my calls have been returned and every time I call they claim to be trying to arrange a refund, but it’s more than clear that I’m being lied to! A company of Asian men, who all have the surname of Smith??? I don’t think so. It’s a couple of guys who are running a scam (in my view)… I have reported their scam to trading Standards and have no doubt that they will be held to account for their illegal activity. Very poor, is an understatement… Feel free to e-​mail me if you want more information as I do not want you to get ripped off.
