A bad, bad service and the call centre is just hard work. we have had two chargebacks in the last two years, they are both back to back so they have said i am a risk and now want me to pay £6k or they will close the account. never had an issue but they said the annual review did not meet thier latest guidelines beware and stay clear, you have been warned.

Absolutely heinous levels of knowledge, manners, service and reliability.
Since this part of HSBC became owned fully by Global Payments, the already below average levels of service have plummeted to the point where we have ditched them in favour of a company with UK call centres. As a bonus we have also saved ourselves even more in processing fees.
It is impossible to convey just how terrible this company is here without going in to pages and pages of detail. suffice to say that if you want incorrect information, operators that seem incapable of listening, promises of calls that never materialise and many hours of your life wasted on the phone then this is obviously the company for you. However, if like most business owners, you want a simple, reliable, hands-​off service that allows you to get on with running your business then please go elsewhere this is not the company you need in your life!
Frankly, if I were HSBC I would want to stop this bunch of cowboys using my brand name.

Hi there in our opinion they are the worst company we have ever dealt with, we are not a small company and have companies in the UK and Europe. They issued new merchant numbers to us but they were not ready to use even though we triple checked with them. This meant we lost half a day’s trading from our UK Company costing many thousands. They admitted liability but are refusing to pay any compensation. If you use them beware the same could happen to you!
We have also found out that their headline rate of 1.1 good but all the other hidden charges made them very expensive
