History

Established in 1978.

DJ Paul Black and DJ Lisa Kelly who are the founders of this company. As well as being the owners they work as children’s entertainers and DJs as well has a team of other great entertainers and acts that also work for them.

Business Owner

Well I was a well known children’s entertainer and DJ in my own right before I met paul Black who actually did the same job as me. We married in 1999 and formed Pulse Entertainments together. The name Pulse being derived from the long name of paul and lisa’s entertainments, so we shortened it down to Pulse Entertainments. After working for many other agents at the time prior to starting we wanted to always provide something ourselves to our customer base and also to be in control of where we were actually going to and which parties we were going to do. At first it was just me and paul, but then we used to get asked if we could recommend anybody else when we was fully booked, so we got to know a few other local DJs personally and started to give them work to. From our offset we were asked by our customers for different things that at the time we could not supply but then we grew and bought into different aspects to the business to provide our clients with a wide choice.
