As a passionate Personal Trainer in Liverpool, I pride myself on returning unprecedented results for every single client, regardless of where their current fitness levels sit and regardless of what they desire to achieve.
All the tools required to create an elite athlete will be at your disposal. I have successfully worked with many elite athletes, professional sportsmen, and fitness models to get them consistently better than match, stage, or photo shoot day ready. In addition to over 10 years of professional experience I also hold a Sports Science Degree.

History
Established in 2013.
After working as a professional coach for the Auckland Blues Rugby Union Franchise I moved from NZ to the UK and established Andrew Power Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Specialist.
I can now successfully bring the best and most effective training techniques usually reserved for the elite athlete to the public. This move has proven to be very successful with some outstanding results for my clients and as such, has attracted professional sportsmen and woman here in the UK to work with me.

Business Owner
I am a Sports Science Degree graduate of AUT University, New Zealand’s top tertiary Sports facility. I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer and movement specialist servicing Liverpool and its surrounding areas. I am passionate about sport and I am passionate about Personal Training!
I have been heavily involved in sport since the age of 5, playing competitive rugby to a Premiership Level in Auckland, New Zealand. I have also competed at National Level in Athletics, producing a personal best 100m time of 10.98sec. I have trained in the gym since the age of 17 to boost my athletic performances and overall power output. I thrive off pushing my boundaries beyond what I thought was capably and being better today than I was yesterday. I try my hardest to make this an infectious attitude towards training.
