I worked for Blue Arrow for around 6 weeks in a temporary role, and much to my appreciation I wasn’t put through all the hell-​ish forms and tests etc. I applied, I got a phonecall saying I’d got the job. I later found out that I got the job because I was Welsh… interesting.
During my employment the communication was pretty good as I had a decent contact at the office. However, when he left the company I wasn’t informed and so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. It took nearly 2 weeks for them to check his emails and let me know he no longer worked there.
Not a bad recruitment agency but they don’t have as many jobs on offer as some of the others.
