They have great offers, but once I asked for change for a pound and the lady at the till talked with her manager about it. They talked amongst themselves and said «no we can’t give out change» to each other but completely blanked me! So I didn’t know what the final answer was, and I was left stabding there motionless, standing still and had been left abaondoned and ignored by them. After a second of standing there, and the girl at the till not even looking at me, I said «ah ok thanks» and walked away. Bad customer service.
I stopped shopping there regularly after this incident.

This is a great sized Boots with loads of products! It’s got a good layout and is great to go to for presents as it has a good selection.

Good sized Boots store with all the health and beauty basics expected in a Boots store. Also stocks Christmas gift sets at Christmas. Has a chemist too as with most Boots stores.

You can’t beat Boots for all the things you need. this is as good a store as any although the only thing I would like to see is a better clearance section! smaller stores always have a really good clearance but this one only ever seems to have perfume in it! The best thing about boots is the advantage points and the 3 for 2 s at christmas. I save up my points all year, taking advantage of all the offers the little machines want to give me and then spend them all on 3 for 2s at christmas, saves me a fortune! Handily based in Clayton square, and nice and easy to wander around.

I love Boots and get all my toiletries, baby items, nappies etc from there. This branch is very nice, its spacious inside and kept very clean and tidy. I like the points system they use, you get 4 points for every 1spent to redeem for goods in the store. Staff are very helpful in this branch and I can always find everything I need.

Just like any other Boots store up and down the country to be honest, but it has distinct features I suppose that should be mentioned.
Firstly, it is quite a large store, but it doesn’t really have that much more in choice when it comes to sandwiches.
Secondly, it takes AGES to get served at busy times, and even when it’s quite it has taken a long time for someone to come and see me at the perfume counter.
The pharmacy is quite helpful, and the opticians are excellent which makes up for it somewhat

This is the best Boots I have ever been too. It is over 2 floors and has easy access to each floor, via a lift for those who need it and escalators. There is a lot of variety in products and the staff always seem happy to help and are aproachable. I love this particular Boots at Christmas, they have a huge range of gifts and toys, which are sweetened by the 3 for 2 offers. They also have a pharmacy, an Opticians and a photo processing counter. Very reasonably priced and always have a good offer on.

This boots in clayton square is defo the best.
It is the largest i have been to in liverpool and even stocks baby clothes which is very useful as there line of clothes are fab.
They have a huge makeup and fragrence section with lots of beauty assitant ready to help. They also stock all beauty and body needs, always find myself poping in there for everything. and the fact they do advantage card makes it even more a must goto.
Just want to add Boots go great 3 for 2 offers at christmas so its well worth it to get some beauty sets including things such as hairdryersbargains :)

This Boots is massive and sells pretty much everything! went in the other day to get holiday stuff and managed to get everything that we needed! the staff are very helpful and always ask if you need any help.
