History

Established in 2010.

Create A Cake Liverpool opened in 2010 by Liam, he opened as a Celebration cake and supply shop and after many years of trading his creativity has developed flourishing him into an amazing cake designer, with an increasing number of friends and returning clientele wanting to order wedding cakes, soon becoming a well-​known cake maker in the Liverpool area.

Liam has since grown to become one of the Liverpool’s leading sugar craft shops, dedicated to supplying Celebration cakes, cake decorating equipment and Classes.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Liam’s love of cake making began when he started baking as a child, helping his mother, in the kitchen. Then, whilst studying a Business and Marketing degree at Liverpool Hope University, Liam took part in a cake decorating night school course, which introduced him to the basics of cake decorating.

Through trial and error, Liam mastered his baking skills, experimenting in the kitchen; cake making in his spare time and creating bespoke celebration cakes for close family members. His passion and creativity developed flourishing into an amazing cake designer, with an increasing number of friends and returning clientele wanting to order wedding cakes, soon becoming a well-​known cake maker in the Liverpool area.

This did not prove to be an easy task, but eventually Liam opened the Create a Cake doors for business for the first time in November 2010 and has since grown to become one of the North West’s leading sugar craft shops, dedicated to supplying cake decorating equipment and sugar
