The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
intimidating and stuck up staff who stand around and made me wait before they helped me.
The prices are inflated by 20% and even when I asked for a discount it was still cheaper in Goldsmiths, Boodles and other jewellers.
The quality of the watch was poor and full of scratches and not brand new as stipulated.
As well as this I heard 2 other customers complaining about their poor quality jewellery and asking for repairs.
My advise is to SHOP ELSEWHERE — I went to Goldsmiths and Boodles and had a wonderful shopping experience and found the best priced watch of my dreams with far nicer sales people and atmosphere.
