Cannot believe they are still delivering such terrible customer service. My auntie took them to court in the early ninties over refusing a refund for a pair of shoes that fell apart after couple of weeks. she won;) so i say go for it especially as the sizing mistake was on thier part and the shoes were never worn as a result! They are bang out of order.
