Don’t trust this company!

The customer service are very rude and patronising, speaking to me as if I was a child, treating scornfully/contemptuously.

The salesman did not offer me the pertinent information. They look for any reason to put up the price of there service. You can’t get out of it, as the don’t tell you it’s a 2 year contract. If they leave the expiry date blank, it defaults to a 2yr contract! In one year my contract has doubled in price, and I’m stuck with it.

Untrustworthy company, keep away from them!

Fees up 50% in 1 year Very Bad Customer Service!

They keep putting the price up, locked into a 2 year contract with them. I wasn't told this at the start of contract, even though I told them I wanted a 1yr contract just to see how things go at first! I was told in a very unfriendly way it is a default in there contract, after I signed the contract and the fee went up 50% in 1 year!

Hence Bad Customer Service!

The worst waste service I have ever experienced! Consistently leaving the bins in the wrong place, rubbish across the road and hit & miss if they actually show up!
