But what makes a business stand out besides good deals? You guessed right:
CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I moved into my new place not so long ago and Sky was very helpful supporting my move. Why I am mentioning this?
I moved in December. Sky installed/​activated my TV on Sunday 29^th Dec. In addition, I missed my first appointment in the morning and the guys came back for me. I felt massively lonely without my entertainment channels, and SKY saved me.
They also activated my telephone line and internet without coming back and did everything in a professional and timely manner. They sent me text messages to remind me of my appointments and called me to see if everything was going fine.
FIVE stars for the customer service.
Four stars for the monthly charges :-)

Wow.
I used to work for Sky and it was awesome. A fantastic place to work with the most wonderful people. I would strongly recomend working there as the facilities and training provided are first class. The only complaint I would have would be that when we had new coffee machines installed it tasted like cardboard. Pipes.
I’m sure everyone there liked me and when I showed some of them my qype page they loved it and said I should keep up the reviewing. They also said they would create an account.
