I found this store to be somewhat dishonest in their dealings. Lots of talk and great prices but when you get out and use your phone you may find your experience doesn’t match what you were told.
I paid a «top up» so I would have cheap intl calling but it didn’t work that way. When I used it my money disappeared in a few minutes and then I was told It actually cost over a quid a minute to call where I was promised 3 pence minute. And they were not even a little apologetic. Unfortunately, I doubt the completion is any better but try this store last.

they’re so helpful in this store, its just a shame the company they work for isnt!.. Most of the customer service reps that you get on the phone are rude, inconsiderate and dont have a clue what they’re trying to sell youits ridiculous!.hopefully they’ll learn soon

Mobile phone shop on high street kensington. It was at the entrance of the high street kensington station. The store was well decorated and the phone display was excellent. The staff was enthusiastic about the the customers and they have some very competitive deals on the market. Best place for valuable pay monthly phone in this area.
