I’m sad that I can’t stay using this group of doctors now I’ve moved away from the area.
Good Points
— Didn’t ever have problems getting an appointment.
— When you’re poorly, and need to see a doctor on the same day, they let you talk to a doctor over the phone then arrange a time to come in, so you don’t have to sit in the waiting room for hours.
— All the doctors/​nurses that I met were respectful, friendly and sympathetic.
— It’s clean.
— They normally run on time, so you don’t have to wait for ages after your appointment time has passed.
Bad Point
— Sometimes some of the reception staff are a little short with people… If they were less rude it’d be the ultimate doctor’s surgery.
