A horrendous place to go: Shameful Newsagents which should be NOT in our community; no work/business ethics whatsoever from staffs, treating costumers with such contempt and disrespectful manners, masochist, inability to communicate efficiently, refusing to provide with a complaints procedure which by itself is a clear Breach of Customer Service & Code of practice act '2018: Breach of the Deontology code of practice: should this be escalated not only to the regulators but also to the local MP & Ward Councillors. AVOID AT ANY COST and do not waste time; there are plenty of other new agents well deserve somewhere else
