Author

As a shoe fan, I enjoy browsing in the Author shop. It is full of name brands for men, women and even children sizes.
Slightly smaller than the Author by Covent Garden but still with some of the great shoes.
My personal favourite is the Sale section where you can get some of the name brand shoes and reasonable prices. As with all sales, of course a bit of hit and miss as to whether they have your size but worth popping into to take a look and to be tempted by the non-​sale and sale alike.

Love shoes. Like this shop generally as the staff is amazingly friendly, but it normally has hefty prices. They have different brands on offer like Melissa jelly shoes and the wonky designs from United Nude. I’m a big fan of all of these. Love it when they have sales on, as the shoes become affordable. But of course there’s always the risk that they don’t have it on your size.

Awesome shoes – Author has about 5 or so stores around town. This one has less-​edgy more upscale shoes. Great brands (like Bivel and Chie Mahara, Vivienne Westwood and Melissa) and good own-​brand offering. Great sales too. Love.
