AY Recruitment was setup by founder of Acknowledging Youths CIC, a not-​for-​profit social enterprise dedicated to disadvantaged young people and adults giving them the opportunity to make real changes to their lives.

Our goal is to help unemployed people to succeed in the working society giving them access to unique and exclusive opportunities, volunteering, work experience, internships and job opportunities.

We will match the right people to the right jobs and help potential candidates to access the training and skills needed. We always ensure that candidates we send have the right skills, attitude and reliability to match with companies’ expectations.

History

Established in 2012.

AY Recruitment was setup by Acknowledging Youths CIC, a not-​for-​profit social enterprise dedicated to disadvantaged young people and adults giving them the opportunity to make real changes to their lives.

Our goal is to help unemployed people to succeed in the working society. We create new partnerships and provide jobs, education and training, making sure companies have the right people with the right skills.

We have already helped over 1000 young people since 2012, we also have over 3000 young people registered with AY Recruitment.

As part of our continuous development plan, we have set up a recruitment agency AY Recruitment to put in contact disadvantaged people looking for employment with companies looking for employees. The defining feature of our recruitment agency is that we will offer training in computer skills, building the perfect resume, preparation for jobs interviews and much more.
