Great atmosphere we had a mariachi band playing as we came in and finished with some flamingo soul! Food was good however I think next time we will go for the set menu as we didn’t know what to get. Staff friendly and plentiful! Would come back again, would be great for a lunch or in a big group.

Not a great location and the place can lack atmosphere. However, I thoroughly enjoyed a selection of 7 tapas. All good sizes and none the ridiculous prices you often see in and around the centre. My partner is Spanish and is not afraid to complain… no need here though as she was impressed by all dishes. Recommended. But beware, the bar area(a little like spanish types with stools around) attracts blokes from the edge of the City eager for a few beers after work so can be a strange experience listening to them when you’re having a meal.

I’d go here again. I also think that Tapas is the perfect first date food. This place does the trick whether you’re out with friends, a lunch meeting, after work snacks, a pre Friday night feed, or a date Perfect.

Super Tapas und Paella. Preis /Leistung für London nicht billig. Restrooms nicht gerade Top.

Unsatisfying. The tapas were distinctly average. Most were overly salty. Stuff that should have been crispy, wasn’t. And it’s not particularly cheap, either. The restaurant itself is a bit cavernous, but the Gaudi-style mosaics go some way to creating a bit of ambience. Which is immediately destroyed by the 100″ projection TV showing Sky Sports News on loop. I can understand wanting to get the after-work crowd in for a big game, but who wants to head to a reasonably up-market restaurant to listen to Dundee United transfer speculation? The service went from extremely efficient for the mains, to over an hour and numerous repeated requests to get dessert. And when did it become acceptable to add service charge to a bill for two people?

The tapas are decent here, but the place really needs some more atmosphere. During my recent visit, there were two huge projections of a football match on the walls and Cuban music playing. I do agree with Hana, that the prices are a bit steep. However, the cured meat variety platter was very nice, and the cheese portions are not too skimpy.

The food is decent, but nothing exciting and definitely not worth the prices. When we arrived it was packed with guys watching a football match. There was another section of the restaurant for diners who weren’t watching, but it wasn’t really separated at all and consequently was really noisy and hard to talk. The service was absolutely terrible. They kept forgetting about us, didn’t check to see if we needed anything, and forgot some of our orders. One dish didn’t show up for an hour — and it was cheese and grapes. If you are a business man who likes watching the footy after work in a noisy bar with no atmosphere and overpriced food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, give it a miss.
