I needed a watch. I kept asking everyone at work for the time. It was a running joke. I think the parrot may have even said it. I saw a beautiful watch in Barrington’s window near Christmas 2007. It was a maroon Swatch.
Months later, my girlfriend bought it for me for Valentines day. The staff at Barrington’s adjusted the watch for me (added the punky cuff band) and chatted to us while we waited.
There are clocks all over this small shop and leopard jewelry box. Smokers will be interested in their upscale lighters, including a peacock feathered design! I’m not a smoker but it is a beautiful lighter.
All and all, I had a good experience at this shop acquiring my Maroon Swatch.
