Bay Tree

Yay! I’m a fan! if I could afford it. It is as if this street (Devonshire) has a code or something that says all shops must be quirky and pretty and expensive. Having said that, they sell the most beautiful wooden toys, at £21 for a doughnut stick (wooden stick to insert round like colored doughnuts for children), and my favourite knack were these customized wooden, hand painted chairs with your child’s name on them. I immediately wanted one for my baby girl, but was put off by their price £80, and they take up to three weeks to be made. The shop is not only for children’s bits and pieces they also have a small men’s section, with briefs, handkerchiefs, ties, grooming sets, etc and women’s accessories along side a stationary corner. I left charmed and still wanting the chair!
