The oddly unwelcoming staff who greeted me with a somber «hi» when I arrived were slightly off putting. You’re in the business of helping people de-​stress remember? The experience remained the same from start to finish. Other then when she told me I should be having a different treatment done, the only words my aesthetician muttered were «this way» and «that will be ££.» You just get the feeling you’re having a treatment done in the back of an old nail salon. No relaxing spa vibes, no welcoming voices, no water for you, nothing. There are plenty of lovely spas in Richmond. No need to return to Be You Beauty.
