Great filter coffee, they have Sanpelligrino, the meal deals aren’t bad(unless you need something gluten free as they insist on a bread product as part of the deal) and prompt service. Their egg and bacon sandwiches are a great start to a morning as are the cheese and ham crossaints. While there isn’t much more to add, it’s a good reliable place for a variety of food types and quite cheap for Canary Wharf.

Rude and abrasive staff mean that I shall not be returning to this place again. The food is simple ‘grab and go’ from the counter stuff, nothing special. Would advise going to Kruger instead(who appear to serve the exact same things, but with far happier and accommodating staff).

Tried food a couple of times here, really not great. Was particularly disappointed with the Green Curry Chicken Soup, which has nothing to do with green curry chicken. the vegetables used were all wrong, yes, they did put in some of the green curry paste, but that is where the semblance ended. It was so excessively salty that I developed a stomack ache and a mouth sore within 15 – 20 minutes of eating it. Do not recommend.

Hardly top quality food, but a good alternative to a Tesco or Boots priced meal deal. The staff are quick and efficient, to the point of being impersonal, but when all you want is a baguette/sandwich/wrap, can of drink and a pasta/rice/salad side for £3, you can’t complain. If you prefer something warmer, they do jacket potatoes and fresh cut toasted sandwiches. The Bene Bene at Cabot Place has recently started doing hot pastas and curries for £4, and german hot dogs for £4.50, but I haven’t tried them yet.
