Blue Tit opened a new hair dresser in East Village E20. They may have a lovely shop, but dealing with customer concerns or with potential clients are not their forte. Very rude language when dealing with disgruntle customers…

The area around the salon is quite run down, but the place is trying to go for a fairly trendy up-​market salon feel, which they achieve pretty well. Cheaper than a central London salon, but more expensive than the barber’s next door but maybe you get what you pay for? Hot, cold and even alcoholic drinks are offered, but since I didn’t partake, I have no idea whether they’re complementary or not. There’s no wifi, but there is a nearby BT Openzone if you desperately need pictures of cats while having your hair cut. Service was excellent and my haircut was the best I’ve had in a long while.
