History
Established in 2003.
Johanna has worked in the health and fitness industry helping people to get fitter and healthier since 1987. Working on a one to one basis, small and large groups educating and coaching.
In 1995 Johanna qualified as a full time PE Teacher.
For a few years as a PE Teacher, Johanna was a Tutor for YMCA Fit before setting up as a Personal Trainer in 2003.
Johanna set up Johanna’s Alternative Boot Camp in 2008 and is now adding Nordic Walking to the Group Exercise repertoire. As she develops a team of instructors in her team, more and more classes and help is on offer.
