This is the West Ealing branch of Boots which sadly shut down its main tills some time ago at the front of the store and you now have to go to the pharmacy counter to purchase your goods which is not really ideal. The staff are always helpful and polite and do the best they can. . The repeat prescription service is somewhat hit and miss with them forgetting to contact you when your prescription is ready which means you either have to keep going in to check if the prescription is ready or get to the complete end of your supply and then panic and go in demanding your medicine! Have had issues every time I’ve needed to collect my repeat prescription with them telling me several times that I’d already collected it when I hadn’t, I had to ask them to double check and then have my medication handed over . The pricing as with any Boots store is not that competitive compared to say Superdrugs or Savers but if you’re like me and like Boots own products(such as No.7 cosmetics), I don’t mind paying a little over the odds for shopping at Boots.
