It works very well for me because of the location. The address is hopelessly convenient and for all those like me who have walked miles in the underground to get in and out of the tube, this is quite a blessing, albeit uncannily put away behind the cabs and buses. Weekdays are fairly busy, and the after work chattering will fill your head with a busy background if you’re looking for one. The tapas are a hit, and the nachos work well if you gobble fast(but that seems to be a general problem with nachos). When the hostess comes with your nachos, you will feel like you’re in Houston, Texas. Overladen with sour cream in American proportions, I wouldn’t get this one if I weren’t sharing or if I were on a diet. Don’t miss the salmon croquettes. The chicken burger seemed fairly insipid, but that again might just be a problem with the animal. The wine list is exhaustive, but they also make a good cocktail. The Cosmo was hard to beat and the friendly(and averagely alcohol aware) hostesses made fairly knowledgeable recommendations.
