«Ran out» of chicken wings five minutes after opening. Ordered two dishes to try. Both were edible but that’s about it.

I was really disappointed by the food here. I had the fried chicken noodles and frankly, it was greasy and flavorless. Even the staff told us they usually didn’t recommend the noodles because they had no idea what they were made of. Also, half of the menu had run out at 1:30pm. The location however, is convenient since it’s close to Queen Mary University and next to Mile end.

Trying out the Laska Style Chicken and the Momofuku hot wings. If the size of winsgs are big you get five pieces and they were small you get 6. Location is very convient to queen mary university. The motto of Box Noodle is Fast.Fresh.Affordable

Use your noodle! I had never heard of this restaurant, but when we saw a sign saying«Fast, fresh, affordable, Asian food» we all wanted to give it a try. They have 6 main options, 3 with rice, and 3 with noodles, and then a whole range of small side dishes, that all sound lovely. Everything is made fresh, with piles of coriander… but it doesn’t take them long to bring it out to you. There is a bit of space to sit and eat, but all the meals come in boxes, so it is also easy to wander off and eat your noodles outside in the sun. I tried the salmon with Thai coriander dressing and ramen noodles. The noodles are dry(rather than in soup) but they still tasted good, and they give you a huuuge portion for £6. I also tried the«crispy squid Jalapeño» side, which was really good, but I couldn’t finish it all as I had too much food(Oops)
