Brasserie Gustave serves brasserie favourites such as Moules mariníères, Escargots la Bourguignonne, Steak tartare, Crème brûlée and more other classics prepared in front of you. The brasserie is the brainchild of respected industry professionals and front-to-back of house duo, former sommelier Richard Weiss and Chef Laurence Glayzer, who reunite to offer French brasserie classics in a relaxed and informal setting.
