From the outset he wanted to share his passion for cars with others and give them honest advice. By remaining independent of any particular manufacturer, dealer, or finance house broombroom acts as an impartial car consultant to individuals and businesses for their finance or car requirements. The exceptional customer service by the broombroom team resulted in the company becoming the first online broker ever to obtain Trading Standards Approval in 2002. Since then, mostly through repeat business and recommendation, the company has won over 1500 clients who now turn to the website as their first port of call for advice. Many have contributed their feedback to the site to encourage others to use «the bald guy» and his team the next time they change their car.
