Not sure i get it…
Have visited them trying to buy bathroom taps… Unfortunately it was a struggle… They hold almost no stock, what they do have is not fashionable and the service is poor. I ended up buying online at half the price something I really like.
If however you need a builders yard they are well located with the basics.

I returned 11 items to the Builder depot store in West Hampstead because i bought the wrong items (the items are brand new, I have not even opened them. I returned them because I bought thewrong power sockets All I wanted is get a replacement). They refused to replace them, I had to return the unwanted items (for which they charge me 15% restocking fee) and buy the correct ones, which I did. I accepted the terms and conditions.
However, it t has now been 4 weeks, and I still have not been refunded the returned 11 items…
