Best place in Hackney to get bubble tea and shaking beef. Waitress here is lovely and the service is excellent. The pricing is reasonable and I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Also loving the new décor — very cosy and chic.

Love this place. You’d be forgiven for thinking their main thing is bubble tea but this is my favourite vietnamese in the area.

I didn’t realise London had a decent size Vietnamese community, which means you can find decent Vietnamese food. Unfortunately for me, most of it is Northern Vietnamese. When you’re use to Southern Vietnamese phở, you can taste the difference.
I was reluctant to order food from Café Coco because I haven’t found any Vietnamese restaurants that I love and I thought they were just a bubble tea place. After ordering take away a few times and finding that I really like the food, I finally went to eat in. Luckily for me, Café Coco makes phở the way I like it. They even have sriracha and hoisin (but no beef balls). Their banh mi uses proper french bread and they’re not trying to be trendy (banh mi is pretty trendy at the moment). It is home cooked Vietnamese food. The owner is really lovely and I had a good experience.
