Very disappointing and well overpriced! Ambiance: not great, a very boring concert of a brazilian singer playing in the background Service: understaffed, meaning we had to wait nearly 1 hour between each course Food: poor quality, especially the meat which is mostly fat/bones and ruins the brazilian specialities, it’s a real shame food does not taste fresh and I have doubts concerning the home made dishes on the menu, which I think came out of a tin or packet Price: way overpriced for the quality and service you get, especially since they add a 12.5% service charge on top of your bill. I would not recommend this place

Mmmh I had high expectations from a Brazilian restaurant in London: vibrancy, colour, good food. First of all it’s not easy to find as the restaurant is a traditional pub and has no Brazilian flag, the paint was crumbling and some damp patches were covered with posters which were peeling off the wall. The food was bland, tasteless at times, we were a group of 15 and apart from one person who ordered a steak on a skillet everybody was disappointed with the food. One of us found a massive piece of parmesan with the rind still on in her risotto. These are not major issues but it would only take a few careful touches and this place could be great, especially being so close to The Egg club in Kings Cross. The staff were friendly and the Brazilian music excellent. We had shots on the house because of the«parmesan accident». All in all a bit pricey for what it was.
