All our Pizza are hand crafted in the artisanal way using the slow rising process that gives that distinctive taste and then, stone baked to perfection.

Established in 2012.
Casa Bardotti was born out of the desire of providing a healthier and different alternative to foods available in North Acton and the surrounding areas, offering a variety of competitively priced home cooked dishes.
Our Pizzaiolo Enzo pride himself with the quality of his stone baked sourdough Pizza base, made with very little yeast and the slow rising process, giving the Pizza a very light crust easier to digest.

The guiding force behind Casa Bardotti is Francesco Bardotti (known to all as Paco — a nickname since childhood), a chef of international renown having worked in the catering and food service industry for over 30 years
His enduring passion for food and his commitment to excellence has taken him to many countries where he acquired new skills as a chef and gained valuable insight into all aspects of the catering industry.
