Centro Epc, National coverage, baised in

Need to finally get this off my chest right okay here goes. These so called Centro EPC thing is EPC JACKER!!! These are rip off artists totally scamming energy assessors to get work done for them for free and getting the money for it. I have done an EPC through them and like others have said got no payment. If you order anything through this site then you are supporting crime, you are funding fraud and criminal activity! I have been in close contact with the client that ordered the EPC and they cannot get hold of them. Well that is great customer service, not!!! Well this is the least I could do seeing as I cannot either myself get hold of them. In short don’t use these con artists, okay, why, well I think you will get some serious bad karma come round when you least expect it. Well if you don’t read this then I wouldn’t put that on you but yeah well if you do then head this warning they are not good so seek your mind and think what are you doing for the state of this country! Come on it is you that you are doing over, yourself, yes you just making it harder to flow up stream without paddles by just stretching them little cracks in the boat to let a little bit more water leak in and make the boat heavier and allot more uncomfortable for everyone that is in it!!! Well I think I am done, you Jokers Centro, yeah we will have the last laugh okay trust that!!!

I carried out work for this company and have not received full payment. Cannot get through to them and they do not return calls. One occasion the boss did call to say that he had financial problems and paying his bills on a priority order. Beware if you are called by them to do work.

Does not do what it says on the tin! Pleasant but ineffective staff. Amateur set up sounds like they operate from a front room somewhere.
I ordered a Gas Safety cert and an EPC. The EPC was scheduled for two weeks which all went OK but after 2 weeks I had still not been contacted by a gas engineer for the gas safety cert, despite several phone calls to the office chasing this up. I needed the gas safety certificate fairly urgently when I booked it so two weeks later I was desperate for it!
The office never called back when they said they would now chasing a refund (twice so far) as I had to find a local gas engineer to do the safety cert for me mind you it was cheaper!!!
UPDATE****** Well, I’ve chased up a couple more times and did get a refund. It was for the WRONG amount! They have refunded the EPC and not the Gas safety certy which was never carried out. So, I’m still owed £39.50. I’ve tried to explain in words of as few sylabuls as possible how to refund the correct amount. I’m waiting in anticipation and hope I dont have to make yet more phone calls. I cannot bear incompetence especially over something so easy & straightforward. Unless you have infinite amounts of tolerance, then AVOID this supplier.
