Description

Specialties

More ‘daughter’ than ‘sister’ to Charlotte’s Place, and set right in the middle of busy Chiswick, Charlotte’s Bistro is a more modern, buzzing and open venue. The informal yet intimate bar draws locals who are looking for a high quality experience. It is open all day every day for drinks and bar food accommodating about 25 guests at a time. The simple yet elegant décor makes the venue suitable for a quick casual visit or a special occasion. The long dining room is equally appealing for lunch or dinner seven days a week, with plenty of natural light during the day and atmospheric candle lighting in the evening.

The cooking is firmly British bistro. As at Charlotte’s Place ingredients are seasonal, local and quality. The menu served in the dining room is at a fixed 2 and 3 course price for lunch and dinner. There is a selection of specials including Roast Beef on Sundays and there is a fantastic selection of small plates offered in the bar area.

History

Established in 2010.

With Charlotte’s Place now open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner doing the best business in it’s history we started to look for a new challenge and expansion. After much searching for the ideal site for a new concept the empty ex ‘Fish Works’ site on Turnham Green Terrace in Chiswick was chosen. The restaurant was completely refurbished with a new glazed extension added to extend the dining area and a cocktail bar installed in the front. After a 6 month build the second restaurant opened in February 2010 and was named Charlotte’s Bistro as a nod to where it all began back in’84.
