I’ve been going to Cooksons for years! I get all my silver bullion and tools from there. Staff are super knowledgeable and the layout of the store is excellent.
The best thing about this place is the website. It’s brilliant and easy to navigate. You can order all your pre cut metal online and then simply approach the counter a couple of hours later and pick up, nice and quick!
The only drawback is if you wait to be seen by a sales rep in store, be prepared to wait a long time holding your turn ticket. They just don’t have enough staff behind the counters especially during peak hours and there’s not enough seats to rest your weary legs
That’s why it gets a four. Sorry Cooksons :-(
