All I can say is don’t bother. Had a valuation of our property and he was late, didn’t really look around, as he valued it 3 years ago and everything was the same in his eyes. Apart from new bathroom, new tiling, updated garden and new boiler. He then went on to complain about the market and was overall pretty negative. He valued our property 30K less than the other three vals we had by estate agents in Crystal Palace… Can he be so wrong? Yes
