Best ice cream I’ve had! Try their strawberry fragola — delicious. Freshly handmade every day.

This place is really great. Super-friendly service, amazing ice cream, generous servings for a modest price. I’d highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

This is my go-to ice cream place. I only moved to the area a month ago and have probably been over a dozen times. Locally owned and operated by such a great guy, Gianni. They carry nice olive oils and other Italian food items — and apparently the coffee is good, although I haven’t had any. However, the ice cream is most important. The stuff he makes is honestly some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had — and it’s really affordable! Gianni keeps a rotating selection of flavours, which have pretty much all been excellent. They’re all made with real ingredients, and are oh-so delicious. I recommend hazelnut, pistachio, lemon, strawberry, or stracciatella. Although I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. You can get cones or cups, and can even get it in various sizes of takeaway. Go get some — quick!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place! This past summer was dreamily warm, and a couple of times I found myself longing for a trip to the ice cream shop. I really hope this place does a good enough business to stay open, because it’s really great. I haven’t had a bad flavor, and really recommend stopping in. Fingers crossed for another awesome summer like the last one!

I just love this place — some of the best ice cream I’ve had in London at very reasonable prices, made fresh daily in the store. There are usually over 10 flavours available(e.g. coffee, hazelnut, pistachio, strawberry, lemon, tiramisu). I also heartily recommend the coffee and the small selection of other pastry items. Not to be missed — but to note, it is cash-only.

Yes, I noticed this place a couple of times and we decided to give a try a couple of months ago. The icecream is really delicious served by a friendly chap. It’s not the place you would expect in this area, but they are more then welcome and I do hope they stay.

This place doesn’t only offer real and delicious Italian ice-cream, it even has nice coffee at great price, tiramisu, focaccia and other delicatessen. I hope they can survive and stay in this area for long as I love ice-cream! BTW, I don’t quite understand why Unilocal reports that this place is close to Manor House. It is not, it’s closer to Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations than Manor House one for sure.

So, this place only opened last Saturday, and they were giving away free ice cream. This is something that definitely improves life, free ice cream. Anyway, the place is a nice italian-style gelateria ice-cream parlour. They also do coffee and apparently focaccias, although these weren’t on evidence on their opening day. They had a fairly large variety of traditional Italian ice-creams available(Bacio, Fior di Latte, Nocciola, Limone…). The ones we tried were very good, smooth and creamy, and not excessively sweet. The prices are very reasonable, considering the quality of the ice cream, and what it would cost elsewhere. They do offer take aways(eg 1kg boxes), and they seem to have big discounts for these takeaways. The only problem is that they have a cash machine on the main entrance that takes up half their space. On their opening day, as most of the neighbourhood were plundering the place, it did feel a bit cramped. However, the idea is that you take your ice cream with you, so just a really minor gripe.
