Lovely smoothie bar and a good place for a quick and healthy bite to eat. They offer coffee as well and fresh juices. Perfect little place and I will definitely be going back! I had the Mango Madness smoothie (mango, banana, orange juice) and I added the aloe vera and energy explosion; it was lovely.

Crussh is my savior in the mornings after a workout down the street before work. They offer a plethora of fruit smoothies with loads of boosters. I particularly enjoy the Blueberry Hill — delicious! They also serve sandwiches, toasters, coffee, veggies and healthy snacks. They have a loyalty card where after 10 drinks, you get one for free! Also, for the month of January, they are offering free boosters in drinks (normally each one costs .50 p). The service is friendly yet speedy — just what you want in the morning. The prices can be a bit steep but what healthy food is inexpensive these days?

Yes yes yes! I love this place. I feel so lucky to have one so close to work. If you want to eat healthy, good quality, exciting food for lunch then come here. It’s reasonably priced if you take away (of course it’s twice the price of sainsburys!!) and has enough options to ensure you can come here most days without getting bored. I’ve just bought salads so far but they serve hot meals, coffee, smoothies and juices as well. Enjoy!

I just tried this place yesterday for the first time, and I ordered the zero noodles tom yum prawn soup – spicy and yummy! The best part of the dish was that its super low on calories as well! I am definitely making this place another regular place to get my soup on!
