Terrible customer service, I took a dress to be altered and it was ruined. Asked for it to be taken up and tapered and the lining wasn’t done. This was an expensive dress. Do not go here if you want anything done properly or decent customer service, I was told it was my fault for not saying the top of the dress had been taken in? I could have done it myself if I’d had a sewing machine. It only has one star as I couldn’t give it none!

what do you expect from a dry clean service? the coats were clean and neat and tidy. the staff at the counter was nice and on time. around £7 for a coat.
