Okay if you want to know where to go next for your social services etc. but what is lacking is they do not inform you as to what the service procedures actually involve («I don’t know…»), which I find inexcusable for such an organization. People who are disabled/​ill need to know (and have a right to know without having to work at it) what they will be dealing with or be put through as they can only cope with so much,
Perhaps this organization is not required to give out more than this by their funders?
